About Natalia Olshanskaya

Natalia Olshanskaya was born in Odessa in the former Soviet Union. She taught at the Odessa State University from 1975 to 1992, at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, from 1992 to 1993 and at the College of William and Mary from 1993 to 1997. She came to Kenyon in 1997.
Olshanskaya teaches Russian language, literature and culture courses. She is married to Don Monson and has one daughter, Ksenia Sokolyanskaya, Kenyon Class of 2004.
