Abstract

Two comparative groups of women with uterine fibroids are assessed. In the first group the intracapsular enucleation of symptomatic fibroids is performed during the pregnancy, and in the second, during the C-section. After the adjustment of demographic parameters, size and location of fibroids, the second group stands for lower rates of post-surgical and post-natal complications.
