Abstract
Objectives:
-Familiarity with clinical risk predictors and be able to use an online calculator if desired
-Be able to asses patient functional capacity
-Be able to decide on whether a patient proceeds with surgery or whether testing should be performed based on risk or functional capacity
-Know when to implement medical therapies to reduce risk
-Recognize issues related to revascularization that likely require Cardiology input
