Abstract
The research paper elaborates the tactics and strategies of librarians they adopt to provide services to difficult patrons of the library. Through this research the professional librarians will be able to know the most common and succeeded ways of services and communications, which the professionals/librarians adopt or implement to get a fruitful results. The research work also focuses different ways of communications while dealing with difficult library patrons.
