I am retired faculty from WMU University Libraries. Currently I conduct research for authors, curators, speakers, collectors, and graduate students that require reliable and accurate information and bibliography to expand their knowledge of material culture. My scholarly interests focus on history and manufacture of textiles and costume; the art and architecture of the Maya in Mesoamerica; and image description, access, and retrieval.
