About Milpha Blamo, MNM

Milpha Blamo is the Vice President of Talent and Culture at the Minneapolis Foundation. She has 16 years of field and academic experience in nonprofit management, individual leadership and team development, and human resources (including talent acquisition, training, development, retention, and culture building). She is most proud of bringing industry expertise and thought leadership to nonprofit and advisory boards, including the Forbes Human Resources Council. As a teacher, Milpha’s goal is to help students develop their individual leadership skills and understand how their leadership influences others. She is excited to join MAOL because of the leadership courses and topics that are modern and relevant to the current workplace. She has published in the Journal of Leadership Education.
