About Mikhail Koulikov
Mikhail Koulikov is a Senior Law Librarian with the New York State Unified Court System. He manages the libraries in the New York County Supreme Court and writes on topics related to legal research, scholarly communication, social epistemology, knowledge-sharing, and Japanese popular culture.
Professionally, Mr. Koulikov has worked using a wide range of print materials and online resources to provide advanced legal, business and general reference, research, and document retrieval services to judges, attorneys, paralegals, professional staff, and other information users at courts, law firms, corporate law departments, non-profit organizations and government agencies worldwide.
