Michele Gibney, Head of Publishing and Scholarship Support at University of the Pacific, will speak about her experiences supporting the repository launch at Kosovo's University for Business and Technology (UBT), alongside a presentation by her international counterpart, Edmond Hajrizi, Founder and President of UBT.

Celia Emmelhainz, Anthropology and Qualitative Research Librarian at the University of California, Berkeley, led a variety of talks, workshops, and coaching for librarians in several institutions in Astana (now called Nursultan). She and Tolkyn Jangulova, IR manager at Nazarbayev University, will discuss IRs and open access in Kazakhstan.
