About Michael J. Kelly

I am the author of 4 books and over 20 articles on a range of International Law/Policy and Native American issues - focusing recently on security and criminal law matters. My research is in the top 15% of downloaded material from the Social Science Research Network (SSRN). I sit on the Executive Committee of the AALS section on International Law, am Chair-elect for the National Security Law section and serve as director of studies for the U.S. Chapter of L’Association Internationale de Droit Pénal. I am a graduate of the law schools at Georgetown and Indiana Universities.
