About Michael Flynn

Professor Flynn primarily teaches courses in personal injury law including torts, medical malpractice and product liability, consumer protection law, the Uniform Commercial Code and courses in lawyering skills including Civil Procedure, trial advocacy, pre-trial practice and client interviewing and counseling and negotitation. Professor Flynn also teaches in the Masters in Health Law and Masters and Education Law online programs offered at the law school. Professor Flynn is a graduate of the Gonzaga University School of Law and the Chair of the Consumer Protection Board for Broward County and a member of the Broward County Justice Association, The American Justice Association, The Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in both the state and federal courts in Washington State and Florida. Professor Flynn is a frequent presenter in seminars and conferences.
