Associate Professor of Bibliography
Mike Monaco is Coordinator, Cataloging Services in the Technical Services department of University Libraries. His responsibilities include coordinating the work of the cataloging personnel to meet the University Libraries' mission, creating and documenting policies and procedures, authority work, and cataloging materials in various formats, tangible and electronic. He holds a Master of Library & Information Science and M.A. in Philosophy from Kent State University. His research interests include authority control, automation, and quality control in bibliographic utilities. Mike was born in Camden, NJ and has lived in northeast Ohio since 1988.
