Social Media Not Quite What Agencies Promised
Federal News Radio (2016)
  • Michael Herz, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law
Abstract
For federal agencies, social media has long been a normal part of daily communications. What they actually do with social media is not precisely what they promised, which was feedback from the public and a back-and-forth dialogue over rule-making. Michael Herz, professor at the Cardozo School of Law in New York, shares his findings on Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
