About Melissa Pearrow

Melissa Pearrow, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and the Program Director of the School Psychology program. Her research on the Comprehensive Behavioral Health Model is conducted in partnership with the Boston Public Schools and Boston Children’s Hospital. She worked for ten years’ as a school psychologist, coordinating the program for students with emotional and behavioral disorders,in addition to training in inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health settings. Her work expands into policy with an appointment to serve on the Massachusetts Safe and Supportive Schools Commission and her local School Committee.
