Abstract
This letter brief, filed in Simmons Airlines, Inc., Individually and d/b/a American Eagle v. Michael LaGrotte, Cause No. 05-00-0066-CV, urged the Court to grant a petition for review in a case in which the lower court committed an error o law in an employment dispute.
