Usability Testing 101: User-Centered Website DesignSouth Dakota Library Association 2012 Conference (2012)
In the fall of 2011, SDSU’s Briggs Library began redesigning our web presence to better meet the needs and expectations of our patrons. In this session we will discuss how you can use surveys, card sorts, mock-ups, focus groups, and formal usability testing to improve your presence on the web.
