About Meghan Eliason

Dr. Meghan Eliason received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Oklahoma State University, a M.S. in Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University, and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Her teaching experience includes being a teacher and coach in public schools, a principal, and instructing in higher education. Dr. Eliason has provided a number of presentations regarding communication in education to improve not only student performance in terms of family involvement, but also embracing changes within the educational environment, and increasing teacher’s abilities to understand their students more. An active participant in continuing education she has participated in numerous conferences and training sessions to improve and expand her knowledge, such as the ASCD Conference on Education Leadership, and the Northwest Evaluation Association’s Measures of Academic Progress Conference.
