Dr. Meagan W. Shepherd, a fellowship-trained Allergist/ Immunologist, has joined Cabell Huntington Hospital, the Hoops Family Children’s Hospital and the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine to provide care for adults and children.
Dr. Shepherd specializes in diagnosing, treating, and managing environmental allergies, asthma, food allergies, chronic hives, eczema and other allergic skin disorders, recurrent infections, and immunodeficiency disorders.
Dr. Shepherd earned her medical degree at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed her fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at The Ohio State University. She also completed residency training in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics at the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
