Abstract
Definition: The concept of green energy has come to the fore as a strategic sustainable energy formation process for the whole world since last three decades, but it has gained enormous interest during recent years. Green Energy is referred to clean sources of energy that generates lower environmental impact in relation to conventional energy technology (Bhowmik et al. 2017). In terms of reducing negative environmental impact, highlighting the importance of Green Energy on environment, sustainability researchers have increasingly utilized this lens to explain the multi-dimensions of many sustainable development issues, and explored new ways for addressing the most recent concept. In addition, for defining various aspects of sustainability, Green Energy concept is not a new concept rather it is an emerging concept.
