Abstract
This chapter begins by addressing the relationship between epistemology and care ethics followed by a discussion of the embodied and tacit dimension of caring as well as the skills entailed. After briefly describing the field of knowledge management and the notion of learning organization, I suggest how care ethics, knowledge management and learning might be integrated.
