About Mary Beth Kaylor

Mary Beth Kaylor, PhD, MPH, RN, CNE, APHN-BC, is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Davis & Henley College of Nursing at Sacred Heart University and teaches in the online programs.
Dr. Kaylor earned her BSN and MPH at Wright State University and her MS in Nursing and PhD at the Ohio State University. Her professional and research interests include caring and readiness for evidence based practice. Dr. Kaylor is a certified Nurse Educator and an Advanced Public Health Nurse, Board Certified. She was awarded the Young Public Health Professional award from the Ohio Public Health Association and the Research Excellence award from the Public Health Section of the Midwest Nursing Research Society.
