About Mary M. Somerville
Mary M. Somerville, PhD, served as University Librarian for University Libraries at University of the Pacific in San Francisco, Sacramento, and Stockton, California. Her scholarship advances co-creation of enabling learning conditions, communication systems, and information practices for organizational capacity building. Through participatory design activities, outcomes catalyze organizational systems, services, and facilities to further discovery, access, and usage of curated resources. Transferable organizational leadership and collaboration models energize and activate sustainable information-focused and technology-enabled workplace inquiry that enables decision making and decision taking amidst persistent uncertainty and transformative change.
