I am an Assistant Professor at Iowa State University. I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in 2013, specializing in International Relations and Political Methodology. My substantive research focuses on conflict processes, state development, and civil conflict. I am also interested in political methodology, especially time-varying parameters and techniques for estimating nonrandom missing data.
