Lecturer
Mark Gervin is a criminal defence lawyer. He articled with Glenn Orris, QC and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000. In the early years of his practice, Mark worked on many murder cases across B.C. He regularly appears in the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Courts both as defence counsel and ad hoc Crown Counsel. Mark serves as vice chair on the Criminal Law Section executive of the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch. Along with four other lawyers, Mark is the Director of the newly created Criminal Defence Advocacy Society.
