Abstract
In Jan 2015, Kennesaw State University merged with Southern Polytechnic State University, consolidating the two library collections into one with 400,000 monographs. The integrated collection was in dire need of being evaluated and weeded since neither library had done any major collection maintenance projects for years.  Here, Day and Chen share their experiences with a software-as-a-service tool in their small-scale monograph collection management project. They include information that would be valuable for other librarians when undertaking projects to optimize their institution's print collection.
