Abstract

The article offers information on use of silica hydride columns for LC-MS-compatible separation of polar compounds. It mentions that Silica hydride is a type of stationary phase material that can be used in a class of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) columns. It also states that using hydrophilic compounds for chromatography can sometimes cause problems. It further states that how use of silica hydride in HPLC can be used to clarify decision making processes.
