Abstract

This chapter discusses the finding of a study on the psychology behind corruption in the Philippines. It describes who corruption can be reinforced; rationalized; vicarious learning; densensitization; denial of injury; denial of responsibility; fear and learned helplessness. Using the Ateneo CORD CREATE framework on culture building; it discusses how a organizations can be a culture of integrity.
