About Manoj S. Mate
Mate’s research centers on international trade law and development, comparative constitutional law, judicial politics, and law in South Asia. His recent publications have appeared or are forthcoming in journals including Yale Journal of International Law, Tulane Law Review, Columbia Human Rights Law Review, Berkeley Journal of International Law, and in edited volumes in Cambridge and Oxford University Press. Mate received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.
