Abstract
Over the summer of 2020, our nation experienced a racial reckoning that prompted calls for immediate and lasting change. At the Learning Centers of James Madison University, we have adopted a commitment to anti-racism and are striving for sustainable change. Using the Transtheoretical Model for Change as a framework, faculty and peer educators shared their process of creating and maintaining change. Furthermore, action-oriented strategies for anti-racist change were shared to encourage the implementation of anti-racist change in Learning Centers at other institutions.
