Abstract
In this study, we developed a data flow system for the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), and identified the areas of training and development required by the employees of the DSE. In early 2000, DSE started an automated trading system. However, this automation could not help DSE to run efficiently in a balanced way. In this study, we developed a workable data flow model where DSE could integrate and coordinate their major internal operating process.
