Dinamismo e cosmopolitismo na construção histórica da representação da Justiça

Abstract
O artigo tem por objetivo analisar a construção da representação antropomórfica da justiça como representativa do ideal homônimo, discutindo as condições simbólicas de sua introdução na cultura jurídica e se essa inserção se deu de maneira espontânea ou artificial. Para tanto, a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, examinou-se um recorte dos principais símbolos relacionados à representação da justiça, com a indicação dos respectivos princípios e regras. Em seguida, verificou-se a existência de uma correspondência entre seus significados atuais e passados, no escopo de esclarecer a existência de uma imutabilidade (ou não) da simbologia dentro do direito. Ao final, conclui-se que, embora os elementos que compõem a representação da justiça no imaginário do campo jurídico tenham sido alvo de releituras, de acordo com os momentos históricos e as possibilidades de mudança em sua interpretação, a sua força no cenário dos símbolos do direito permanece.

This paper aims to analyse the anthropomorphic representation of Justice construction as representative of the homonymous ideal. It discusses the symbolic conditions of its introduction into the legal culture and whether this insertion occurred spontaneously or artificially. Therefore, based on bibliographic and documental research, a selection of the main symbols related to the representation of Justice was examined, indicating the respective principles and rules. Then, it was verified the existence of a correspondence between its current and past meanings to clarify the existence of immutability (or not) of the symbology within the law. In the end, it is concluded that, although the elements that make up the representation of Justice in the imaginary of the legal field have been the subject of reinterpretations, according to the historical moments and the possibilities of change in their interpretation, their strength in the scenario of symbols of the right remains.
