Karl Bailey is a Professor of Psychology in the Behavioral Sciences Department at Andrews University, and the director of the undergraduate Behavioral Neuroscience Program. A cognitive psychologist by training, he has taught courses in cognitive psychology, learning and behavior, psychology and the brain, research methods, cognitive science and faith, and the statistical programming language R.

Anneris Coria-Navia is associate professor of curriculum and instruction and director of the Center for Teaching and Learning. She holds degrees from Universidad Adventista del Plata, Andrews University, Miami University, and the University of Southern California. Anneris’ research interests include best practices in professional development and the higher education classroom, social networks in education, and K-12 SDA school improvement.

Luana Greulich has worked in the educational system (elementary/middle school, special education, and college level) in Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida and Michigan. Prior to coming to Andrews University she worked on a large research grant through the National Institute of Child Health and Development while working at Florida Center for Reading Research/Florida State University. Her research areas are Response to Intervention (RtI/MTSS), reading, writing, and behavior.

Lynn Merklin holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction and a Master of Public Health. Lynn began teaching in 1990, and has taught high school through graduate students, primarily in the areas of science and health. As part of her role as Assistant Provost for Institutional Effectiveness, she has been mentoring faculty in assessment of student learning since 2010.
