About Lu Ding

Lu Ding is an Instructional Designer in the Faculty Development and Innovation Center at Eastern Illinois University. Lu's main career goal is to bring active learning into everyday classrooms in the format of either f2f or online classes. Before joining the FDIC team, Lu postdocted at Arizona State University for more than two years focusing on designing and investigating learning approches that can promote deep learning. When she is not working, you might find Lu is drawing or designing graphics, traveling, or simply hanging out with her dog.
