Associate Professor
Dr. Lori Houghton-Rahrig was faculty with the Kirkhof College of Nursing from 1997–2009 and again starting in 2012 following completion of her PhD. Her area of scholarship and interest is symptoms, genetics, and health-related quality of life in persons with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Currently, her teaching includes medical-surgical nursing, genetics, pharmacology and mentoring honors projects at the undergraduate level. She served as the clinical coordinator for Clinical Nursing IV from 2013-2019.
