Database of Relationships: Guide for tracking engagement levels across the institution

Abstract
This resource contains suggestions for developing a database of contacts and relationships associated with a growing open education program in Airtable (https://airtable.com/). As open education programs grow, compiling a database of open education stakeholders can simplify communication and outreach efforts and inform efficient ways to redistribute resources.
The following steps outline how to build a database with some or no data using the Open Education Engagement Template I designed as my capstone project. I recommend you initially read through the entire document to get a sense of the potential process from beginning to end. You may find you can skip certain steps or adjust them depending on the status of your program.
