Abstract
Male immigrant from Zimbabwe discusses his familial relationships and the significance of being first born. Also he discusses his experiences in a British education system and how it differs from the American education system. Then he discusses his career working in public health dealing with the HIV epidemic in Zimbabwe. He also discusses having to find a new career in the United States and his overall disappointment with the reality of the American Dream.
