Abstract
This article strives to balance fairly and effectively the voices and needs of individuals with disabilities with those of service providers who provide either disability or domestic violence/sexual assault services. The intent of this article to is to highlight opportunities for positive change, hopefully in a way that will help empower service providers as well as victims and survivors with disabilities.
