About Lisa Rosen

Lisa F. Rosen, MA, is a medical writer in Miami Cancer Institute’s Office of Clinical Research. Her primary responsibility is to work with physicians on protocol development of investigator initiated studies. She joined MCI after more than a decade conducting research and publishing results for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine Department of Anesthesiology. Ms. Rosen is the author of numerous peer-reviewed publications on patient safety, infection prevention, quality improvement, and communication and teamwork.  She worked at the University of Miami for more than thirty years with a career that began in the Department of English as a teacher and innovator developing writing and literature courses for undergraduates.
