About Dr. Lisa Carbone

An academic with twenty years of experience at the post-secondary level, Dr. Carbone is an administrator and faculty member at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and currently serves as the Director of Licensure and Compliance at the College of Education and the School of Criminal Justice. Dr. Carbone works closely with senior administration, faculty and state regulatory agencies to secure state authorizations and professional licensure for several domestic and international instructional sites. She continues to teach and to provide dissertation committee research advisement. Additionally she has an exemplary track record of successful fellowships, grants and actively presents at national conferences. In addition to this role, Dr. Carbone is an Assistant Professor teaching for the Master of Science in Leadership program.
