Abstract

Bullying is a community issue, and it affects more than schools. Every aspect of the local community is involved in its causes and so can be be in its treatment. Successful solutions from other countries can also be tried here. Worldviews differ, and bullying responds differently when treated according to them. A bibliography of studies is included.
