Using Alma Analytics to Facilitate the Library Weeding Project

Abstract
KSU library Collection Development Department has started systematic weeding project since
2017. As the systems librarians, we used Alma Analytics to transform data into actionable
reports to help the weeding projects. In this presentation we would like to share our experience
on what problems we faced and how we solved them. What reports we developed and the
steps to develop these reports. How we worked together with the collection development
librarians together to get accountable report for their decision-making.
