Abstract
Project management has become increasingly important for librarians who work or oversee the project, often multiple projects, on a daily basis. How to organize the tasks and track the progress to ensure the quality and satisfy the timeline? In this presentation, we will introduce you a free, yet a powerful project management tool, Trello. We have successfully used the tool for over two years managing various library projects, such as library instruction, liaison, research, etc. With Trello, we could organize different projects in one place, visualize and track the progress, and communicate with other team members. We would like to share our experiences with our fellow librarians in the hope of increasing the efficiency and successes in managing their projects.
