About Letizia Lo Giacco
I am a doctoral candidate at Lund University, Faculty of Law. My research project in Public International Law investigates judicial dialogue between international and domestic jurisdictions primarily in the field of international criminal law.
Prior to join the Lund Faculty of Law in September 2013, I have been working for the European Commission on the Kimberley Process, a project related to blood diamonds in armed conflicts, as well as in international criminal jurisdictions such as the International Criminal Court, the Special Tribunal for Lebanon and the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
