Faculty Expert: Environmental Racism in New York City, Community Development, American History, African American Studies

Leslie Wilson, professor, received a PhD from the Graduate School of the City University of New York. His research interests are popular culture, urban history, history of science and environmental history. He teaches courses including History of Black Americans and The Study of History.

Dr. Wilson has published extensively and speaks often on topics related to black history and civil rights.

Expert on environmental racism in New York City, community development, American History and African American studies.
