In 20-30th years XXth century the approach to science from power structures became typical enough process in a number of the countries, in particular, in the USA and Germany. In the USSR it had character of repression of the science. As a component of the totalitarianism science repression was represented in 1930th years system of judicial and extrajudicial prosecution of scientists, uses of the party, administrative, propaganda and retaliatory institutions of the Soviet State for the control and restriction of scientific researches up to a prohibition of the whole scientific directions, direct intervention in scientific activity.
