International Law represents the special system of law consisting of contractual and usual norms and principles, regulating relations between its subjects. International Law observance is provided with individual or collective compulsion from the states, limits and which forms are determined by them in the course of joint rulemaking. International Law is a special system of legal regulations that are not entering into any national system of Law and not including clauses of the national Law.
