Leigh Patterson was a Research Fellow in the International Surveys team at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). He provided analytic and technical support to Ministries of Education and (I)NGOs across Southeast Asia on a broad range of data-related activities. His analysis work is complemented by the writing of the psychometric reports for technical and lay audiences, as well as contributions to a diverse range of activities including funding proposals and technical standards.

Mr Patterson moved to ACER from the Western Australian Department of Education, where he was involved in a number of projects as a contracted analyst within the Evaluation and Accountability Directorate.
