About Laura A. Levy

Laura Levy has been with the Department of Physician Assistant Studies since 1999. She brings to the program a wealth of knowledge and experience in family medicine and women's health. This professional experience has given her an excellent background in preparing students for all aspects of primary care practice. In July 2016, Dr. Levy assumed the program director position.

Dr. Levy has authored articles on plantar fasciitis, medical simulation, and interprofessional education. She is a nationally board certified physician assistant and currently licensed to practice as a physician assistant in the state of Pennsylvania.
