About Roman Landgraf

I am a chartered tax adviser (tax attorney) with 20 years experience (as an individual entrepreneur). Now, I am currently a PhD student at Charles University in Prague in the field of Tax Law. The subject of my scientific interest is theoretical and philosophical background of tax law, specifically with regard to the effect of the proportionality principle in tax law. Purpose is to attempt to find improved means for stable and predictable tax law, especially for securing greater protection of the rights of taxpayers.
