AbstractThis report provides details of the experiences of the 1995 cohort of the Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (abbreviated to LSAY Y95). Information on this cohort was first collected in 1995, when these young people were Year 9 students in Australian schools. The reference period for this report is 2001, when the modal age of respondents was 20 years.1 Nearly all of the cohort had completed secondary school, and more than one-half were undertaking some type of study.
