About Kristen A. Yarmey

Kristen Yarmey is an Associate Professor and Digital Services Librarian at the University of Scranton Weinberg Memorial Library in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where she concentrates on digital collections and digital preservation. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the Pennsylvania State University, a master's degree in library science (with a specialization in archives and records management) from the University of Maryland, and a master of arts in history from the University of Scranton. Her diverse research interests center around the evolving information environment and the effects of technology on culture, memory, and the human mind.
